UKREiiF is one of the UK’s leading real estate and investment events. The acronym stands for United Kingdom Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum, and it takes place annually in Leeds. However, the host city could change in the future.
You can expect more than 16,000 event attendees, over 1,250 speakers and 60 stages across the city. If you work in the property industry, this is an opportunity you will not want to miss.

We are hosting this invitation-only event for leaders in the real estate industry. It will bring together some of the most inspiring and influential decision makers from across the sector. Join us for a glass of Pol Roger champagne and to help funds for our charity partner while networking with those shaping an exciting future.
On the same night, we are sponsoring the Place North drinks event. This is another quality networking for an invitation-only group of representatives who are ready to share their predictions for the week in Leeds and to start generating those all-important business development leads.
As we have done on previous years, we are hosting our very own client event, where you can enjoy some darts, drinks, and food, while speaking to our dedicated experts about your property challenges and opportunities. We have booked out Black Cat Club from 5pm until late, and could welcome up to 200 guests from across the property industry.

As part of our involvement with UKREiiF 2025, we took over Canal Connections, a unique and dedicated space that provided us with the perfect platform to host discussions, activities and networking events.
We hosted a range of events across the three days, which inspired thought-provoking conversations and facilitated excellent connections between BTG Eddisons and other firms.
