Andrew Stevens

Andrew is a chartered surveyor and Director in the Property Management team based in London. With over ten years property management experience, Andrew has joined Eddisons from Workman LLP where he managed retail portfolios including major shopping centres for specialist retail investors, private property companies and institutional investors.

Andrew’s interest in the retail sector started during his 3 years in Vancouver, Canada, where he worked as an internal Property Manager / Asset Manager for boutique property investment firm, Headwater Projects. From several high street properties in and around Vancouver, to the main outdoor retail outlet in Whistler, Andrew is unique in his breadth of experience within retail, having worked for, as and with clients, investors and managing agents.

At Eddisons, Andrew manages shopping centres, central London offices and mixed-use schemes across London and the South East for a range of public and private sector clients.
