Andrew Glover

Andrew is a Director based in our London office. With more than 20 years of experience in property asset management, he advises across a wide range of asset classes and business sectors, with particular expertise in estate strategy, placemaking, and asset management initiatives.

Andrew works across both client and advisory environments, providing property asset management advice and strategy designed to add value and convert opportunities into successful outcomes. He reports into several property investment committees, advising on day-to-day management issues as well as longer-term estate strategy, and plays an active role in business development and client relationship management. He is also a strong advocate for the greater use of technology in property management.

Prior to joining Eddisons in 2020, Andrew held senior positions at a number of established London property consultancies, including roles as Partner at Farebrother, where he led the property management function, and as a Partner at both Tandem Property Asset Management and Keningtons. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management and Valuation from De Montfort University.
