Henry Pauncefort-Duncombe

Director

About Henry

Henry is a director based in our Milton Keynes office, heading up the strategic land team. He specialises in land promotion and development, advising clients on all aspects of the strategic land process and leading the delivery of large-scale sites across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and beyond.

He brings extensive experience across the land, planning, and development sector, having previously served as Operations Director at a specialist land promoter and held senior roles with one of the UK's largest strategic developers. This background gives Henry a broad and informed perspective on the full lifecycle of strategic land projects, from early-stage promotion through to delivery.

Henry joined Eddisons in August 2025, building on a career spent at the forefront of strategic land development. He holds a BA (Hons), an MSc, and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
