Eddisons builds on senior level commercial surveying offer

Annette Booker, MRICS, joins the national firm as Associate Director this summer from Northampton local surveyors, Fellside Estates Ltd where she was Commercial Property Manager.

With over 20 years in the commercial property sector, Annette brings corporate surveying experience from Argos in Milton Keynes, Boots Properties in Nottingham and, in Peterborough, with Thomas Cook.

Annette will, principally, work on rent review and lease renewals on the agency side of Eddisons’ business across the East Midlands. However, given her seniority in the commercial property sector, she will, in addition, work with colleagues at Eddisons on a range of surveying disciplines in serving the needs of clients.

Announcing the appointment, Mark Budworth, Director,
who is Eddisons’ Kettering office head, said, “Annette joins us at an important time in the business expansion and growth of the Northamptonshire and wider East Midlands region.
