Lot 5 covers valuation and compulsory purchase orders, helping public sector organisations value government buildings and assets to meet accounting and compliance requirements.

Our specialism within this lot is RICS Red Book valuations. Red Book valuations are formal, independently verified assessments carried out in accordance with RICS Valuation – Global Standards. They are the recognised standard for valuations used in financial reporting, asset registers, grant funding applications, and other compliance contexts where a desktop estimate is not sufficient.
