Our Expertise

As part of our in-house architectural service, we provide comprehensive measured surveys in which we draw on our experience and on the latest techniques and technology to assess the dimensions of all elevations and floor spaces. This includes cross-sections, details of openings such as doors and windows, and non-structural elements such as fixtures and fittings.

Following RICS guidance, our aim in creating measured surveys is to provide you with accurate models that can be used for a variety of purposes. These include:

• Identifying gaps between plans and construction.

Another area in which measured surveys are indispensable is in the production of 3D models, which can greatly speed up the design process. These enable architects to explore a variety of ideas quickly. They also give stakeholders a highly visual representation of current or proposed building work.
