RemoteZone is a simple and cost-effective vacant property security solution that allows you to continuously monitor your premises and respond to threats immediately. Our system uses wireless and self-powered passive infrared (PIR) detectors to monitor all internal and external areas and specific assets. The detectors are linked to a secure tamperproof control box, which sends out GPRS mobile messages.
The system is continuously monitored by a UK-based, NSI Gold alarm receiving centre. As soon as an alarm is triggered - whether it’s by an internal or external PIR sensor, door contract, window contact, flood sensor, equipment sensor or smoke detector - it is acted upon by a member of the team according to a pre-agreed site procedure.
The operator can track the movement of the intruder throughout the building and instruct an SIA-accredited mobile patrol response company to dispatch a patrol to the site immediately. You can also choose to add a wireless audible bell box to alert the intruder that they have been detected.
As well as being remotely monitored by our NSI Gold alarm receiving centre, you can also log in to the system from your smartphone or any web-enabled PC, laptop or tablet. That enables you to check the security status of your premises and see the history of logged events.

24/7 monitored alarms - We install short-term and longer-term audible alarms that are monitored 24/7 by a UK-based NSI Gold alarm receiving centre. There’s also a rapid response to activations from an SIA-approved mobile patrol.
Service isolation - Disconnecting all utility supplies is vital when securing vacant property. We can drain down cold water systems, disconnect the gas service and isolate the electricity supply. We secure access to all utilities after taking meter readings.
Lock change - We provide a full lock change service to secure a property after you have taken possession from a previous occupier. Replacement locks are always British Standard or we can provide alternative locks that meet your specification.
Site clearance - Large amounts of rubbish are unsightly, cause a hazard and can act as an invitation to unwelcome visitors. We provide a site clearance service for all internal and external areas of your vacant property and dispose of waste according to Environment Agency regulations.
Property boarding/screening - Void property can be particularly vulnerable to damage from vandalism and theft. We offer three property boarding solutions to protect your property and deter intruders.
