Louise Knowles

Louise leads the London Building Consultancy and Project Management team. She advises property owners and occupiers on dilapidations, schedules of condition, building surveys and the condition and compliance of commercial property across London.

Louise has more than 20 years’ experience in building surveying and joined BTG Eddisons in 2009. Before that, she was a building surveyor at Knight Frank. She began her career as a graduate building surveyor with ISG Occupancy and Dearle & Henderson.
