Tim Wilkinson

Tim Wilkinson joined Eddisons in February 2021 as a Director of the Urban Agency team in London dealing predominatly with offices throughout west and south west London. Previously Tim was a director of HNG which was acquired by Eddisons in 2021.

Tim advises a large range of clients from private property companies to large Pension Funds and quoted property companies in all aspects of commercial property with particular emphasis on the marketing of office accomodation in west and south west London. Tim also advises occupiers seeking to secure accomodation in these locations.

Notable projects include The Aircraft Factory in Hammersmith where Tim has advised on many lease renewals and new lettings within this 80,000 sqft iconic scheme. Also he has advise the owners of Chiswick Tower in Chiswick providing almost 150,000 sqft on letting the vacant office accomodation within the scheme.
