Health and safety plans
Creating suitable health and safety plans for all involved parties before the commencement of construction.
Pre-construction information packs
Development of appropriate pre-construction information packs, risk registers, and assessments.
Site documentation
Reviewing site documentation including permits, RAMS (risk assessments and method statements), and Construction Phase Plans.
Communication and coordination of information
Updating and communicating with all parties during pre- and post-construction, including coordinating meetings and project planning to ensure health and safety is built into designs, construction and contractor RAMS.
Site visits
Attending and conducting site visits and audits inclusive of recommended health and safety actions.
Health and safety files
Provision and addendums to health and safety project files and other associated reports and documentation. Issuing updates prior to and after completion to ensure future works are understanding of risks and residual hazards.
Incident investigation
Providing health and safety investigation services, where required, to understand why decisions were made and why actions were or weren’t executed.
RIBA stages
Providing advisory services and H&S Recommendations at all RIBA Stages.
