Steven Hitchen

Steven Hitchen joined Eddisons in August 2022 to assist the Public Sector Advisory team with data management and analysis, as well with lease administration tasks.

Steven has worked in Paris and Warsaw, and speaks French fluently, and Polish to a high level. His first experience of commercial property was within the quickly expanding market in Poland in the 2000s; initially as a journalist, and then heading up a market analysis department, before finding his niche in lease administration.

Combining a proficiency in using databases and spreadsheets, along with his knowledge of property, Steven provides background support with client matters such as lease renewals and renegotiations, but has also led on rent indexation projects as well as formalisation of undocumented tenancies for a key client.

In his spare time, Steven enjoys running, playing football and tennis, and holds a pilot’s licence. Flying aircraft, particularly gliders, dovetails well with his analytical personality.
