Nick Grant

Nick is a Chartered Building Surveyor and joined Eddisons in 2023 based in Cambridge. He forms part of the Building & Project Consultancy team and has in excess of 16 years’ experience providing a full scope of project management and building surveying services to a wide range of clients both within the private and public sector including commercial, industrial, educational and residential sectors.

Nick has technical expertise in the full scope of project management and building surveying services including due-diligence, defect analysis, reinstatement cost assessments (RCAs), dilapidations, schedules of condition, planned preventative maintenance schedules (PPMs), landlord consents, contract administration, project and development monitoring services. This is all underpinned by a thorough understanding of Health & Safety and environmental legislation.
