A global manufacturer & supplier to the aerospace industry is relocating within the Huntingdon area to premises at Hinchingbrooke Business Park, confirms the local agency of Eddisons who acted for the landlord in the deal.
Eddisons was the sole agent under instruction at 1a Kestrel Place at the business park which will be the new Huntingdon base of Heatcon Composite Systems (Europe) Ltd in relocating from its current location at Stukeley Meadows Industrial Estate.
Offered to let on a new lease by Eddisons, 1a Kestrel Place sees Heatcon with large open plan warehouse and office accommodation, totalling 13,061 sq ft (1,213 sq m) in the refurbished semi-detached premises.
Hinchingbrooke Business Park is an established commercial location where Kitchen Range Foods, a Marriott Hotel and Anglian Water’s testing laboratory are located, among other commercial occupiers.
As a business district in Huntingdon, it is to the north east of the town centre, in proximity to Hinchingbrooke Hospital and the headquarters of Cambridgeshire Constabulary.
Eddisons has now been instructed as the sole agent on the sale of Heatcon’s former premises on Stukeley Industrial Estate at 20 Blackstone Road. It is a 5,315 sq ft (493.76 sq m) business unit with workshop and office accommodation and parking.
Stukeley Meadows Industrial Estate is on the outskirts of Huntingdon, near to the A14/A1 interchange at Brampton Hut.
