An online training company is the latest tenant to take space at the Riverside Business Park in Ilkley, which is now fully occupied.
High Speed Training Ltd has agreed terms on over 5,200 sq ft at the property on Leeds Road off an asking rent in the region of £50,000 per annum.
The firm provides compliance and development training in a range of sectors and has relocated from its original premises at the Round Foundry Media Centre in Leeds.
