National firm of Chartered Surveyors and auctioneers Eddisons has appointed Glenn Levison as an Associate Director in its Leeds auction department.
Mr Levison joins from the Leeds office of Pugh where he advised corporate clients and Councils across Yorkshire and the North East on auction disposal strategy. Prior to that he was a partner at Sanderson Wetherall and has 20 years’ experience of the Leeds commercial property market.
He said: ‘I am delighted to have joined one of the most respected and successful auction departments in the country and look forward to using my experience to drive future growth.’
Eddisons stages over 20 auctions every year in Leeds, London and Manchester where it offers a choice of vacant and tenanted residential and commercial stock, along with land and development opportunities. It regularly receives instructions from Councils and utility companies.
So far in 2014 the firm has generated proceeds of over £50 million on behalf its clients.

Robert joined Eddisons' property auctions team in 2004 as a senior surveyor and is now a Director and Auctioneer based in the Leeds office. The property auction division organises around 15 auctions a year in Leeds and Manchester and sold £30m of property at auctions in 2015. Previously, Rob worked for Ashtenne Industrial Fund and has more than 17 years’ experience in property.
