We Can Sell Your Assets

Achieve maximum value for your assets

Methods of sale

We utilse a number of methods to assist with the disposal of assets - including online auctions for high volume and lower value regular corporate goods, to negotiated and tendered sales for more complex and high value assets.

Online Auction

Our online auctions enable assets to be listed quickly and effectively to a global audience. Online asset auctions are used to sell all manner of assets, including consumer goods and electrical items, to commercial vehicles and industrial plant equipment. Interested parties bid through our online platform, with each lot sold individually to the highest bidder. This is a popular and trusted method for selling large volume assets in the global marketplace, relative low cost and within a short timeframe.

Negotiated Sale

Our expertise in Negotiated Sales (also sometimes referred to as Private Treaty Sales) offers clients a viable option when selling niche, complex or high-value assets, where markets and buyers are limited. A negotiated sale involves fixing a guide sale price and negotiating on individual basis with interested parties in order to secure the most advantageous terms.

Tender Sale

A Sale by Tender is a type of auction where an asset will be put up for sale with a deadline for bids. Interested parties have until that date to submit their best offer, without having seen anyone else's bidding activity.

Property Auctions

We are also experienced with regards the sale of property by auction - offering market leading room-auctions and online property auctions nationally.
