our team
We’re proud to employ more than 350 talented individuals working across a multitude of disciplines.
UKREiiF is back in Leeds this year and we are ready to meet peers and professionals at the impressive Leeds Dock.
Thousands of people across the property and real estate industry will descend between 21 and 24 May to share past experiences and new updates about their work and upcoming projects, and looking at how our culture affects how we live, where we live, and what we live in.
One of our goals for 2024 is to help more organisations access funding to improve their decarbonisation efforts. As part of our strategy, we appointed Nazar Soofi as our Head of Sustainability and Decarbonisation in January.
As Eddisons’ work is focusing more on sustainability – Net Zero and decarbonisation in particular – and collaboration than ever before, we are keen to meet and speak with likeminded people and businesses to improve the built environment for everyone.
On top of this, we will be marking our 180th year in business with panel discussions, fringe events and more in our flagship city.
We love a day trip, and UKREiiF is a great excuse to assemble representatives from across Eddisons in one place to illustrate our high-quality standard in real time for delegates to see our offering.
Eddisons delegates include: Javid Patel and Rob Garraghan from our Public Sector team; Nazar Soofi, Ian Harrington and Joseph Fitzsimmons from our B&PC services; and many people from our acquisition brands including Lincoln‘s Banks Long & Co and Eddisons Incorporating Barker Storey Matthews.
On Wednesday 22 May, our Head of Sustainability and Decarbonisation, Nazar Soofi, will be chairing an honest and insightful panel session with representatives from public and private sectors who have experienced the highs and lows of funding sustainability projects first-hand.
In our exclusive speaker session, Nazar will also highlight the challenges of the application process and the critical path activities, such as DNO, planning consent and onsite limitations.
Attendees will gain an understanding of the PSDS process, from application to final commissioning, from a number of different voices including Leeds City Council Chief Executive Tom Riordan, Salix Finance’s Ian Rodger, and The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust & Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust’s Head of Sustainability, Janet Smith.
We know the importance of UKREiiF and how the connections made can be to a business, and that’s why we wanted to make a space for new acquaintances and established relationships to flourish. And what better place than Flight Club in the centre of Leeds!
Hang out with peers whilst having a breather from the business cards and elevator pitches as we celebrate our big birthday – by trying to hit the bull at the same time!
