Challenge
The owner of a large premises used by a well know community group with various areas contacted Eddisons for a valuation. The premises featured a large external outbuilding.
Solution
Eddisons surveyed the complete premises including outbuilding. Various measurements and features of the building were taken in to account for the valuation by RICS registered valuers.
Results
The valuation was provided in the form of a detailed valuation report. The report included a breakdown of plans with separate values for each the out building.
