Shared Workspace Redevelopment – Mosaic Digital Hub

Project

Renovating the iconic Thomas Parker House was part of a large project in giving the rapidly growing digital sector in Lincoln a place to call home.

The space needed to be transformed into a 2-storey business hub in the heart of the city centre. Lincoln’s quantity surveyors, project management team, and principal designers were appointed to deliver the project without disruption or disturbance of neighbouring buildings or city-centre infrastructure.

Approach

Eddisons worked alongside Core Architects and 3=1 interior designers to deliver a dynamic digital hub, events, and co-working space. The two floors were completed with integrated desks, private offices, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, a shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Results

The project started in May 2019, and the space, named Mosaic, was successfully open by October 2019. Mosaic is now home to a growing community of Lincoln-based tech companies.
