Lisbon Square is a major mixed-use development in Leeds. The scheme comprises commercial offices, student accommodation, residential apartments, and an aparthotel, complete with associated public realm works. BTG Eddisons was appointed as lead employer's agent and quantity surveyor for the pre-contract stages.

BTG Eddisons led cost planning and employer's agent duties across the pre-contract phase. The team set and developed the budget as the design matured, coordinating the multiple uses within a single site. Each element, from offices to residential and the aparthotel, was measured and priced on a consistent basis to give the client early cost certainty.

The pre-contract work gave the client a controlled route from budget to procurement on a complex, multi-use scheme. Clear cost advice at this stage set the foundation for delivery across every part of the development.
