Carruther’s Court was created in 2019 as part of a new residential scheme in Lincoln’s West Parade. Designed by Stem Architects, the rental flats were styled with modern luxury in mind.

Our client appointed Eddisons’ quantity surveyors to ensure the lifecycle and maintenance of the properties were fitting of the initial cost of building Carruther’s Court.

Approach

Cost efficiency was the main priority throughout the project, and so Eddisons’ and the clients’ shared objectives were paramount. Incorporating the specifications into the budget mean that quality was no foregone and was in fact fulfilled to the client’s desire.

Results

Following the developers’ requests, the flats within Carruther’s Court were futureproofed by installing PV panels, EV chargers, and facilities for future battery storage. The flats were completed in May 2021.
