We are recruiting a talented Graduate Architectural Technologist to join our Leeds office. The role would suit a proactive bright individual who is looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking practice.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Architectural tasks
  • Carrying out measured building surveys using 3D Laser scanning techniques to properties throughout the UK
  • Producing surveys and proposed design drawings & Revit models
  • As the role covers a wide geographical area some travel, and overnight stays may be required

Requirements

  • Some knowledge / experience with AutoCAD and or Revit
  • Positive attitude
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • Practically minded and hardworking
  • Desire and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised and punctual
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working under your own initiative, as well as part of a team
  • Degree qualified.
  • Clean driving Licence with use of own vehicle
  • Working knowledge of Revit / AutoCAD
  • Ability to balance workload as the role may require you to balance more than one project at any one time.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop / Enscape
