We are recruiting a talented Graduate Architectural Technologist to join our Leeds office. The role would suit a proactive bright individual who is looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking practice.
Roles and responsibilities
- Architectural tasks
- Carrying out measured building surveys using 3D Laser scanning techniques to properties throughout the UK
- Producing surveys and proposed design drawings & Revit models
- As the role covers a wide geographical area some travel, and overnight stays may be required
Requirements
- Some knowledge / experience with AutoCAD and or Revit
- Positive attitude
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Practically minded and hardworking
- Desire and willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and punctual
- Good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working under your own initiative, as well as part of a team
- Degree qualified.
- Clean driving Licence with use of own vehicle
- Working knowledge of Revit / AutoCAD
- Ability to balance workload as the role may require you to balance more than one project at any one time.
- Knowledge of Photoshop / Enscape
