Architectural design services across the West Midlands

Few regions carry as much industrial history as the West Midlands, home to Birmingham's manufacturing base, the ceramics heritage of the Potteries around Stoke-on-Trent, and Shakespeare's Warwickshire, alongside the rural border counties of Herefordshire and Shropshire. Our Birmingham office supports projects across this range, from compact city centre fit-outs to rural conversions near the Welsh border.

Wherever you are based in the West Midlands, our team can help. Call us on 0330 191 9266, email [email protected], or complete the contact form below to discuss your project.

Land Registry-compliant plans for property in the West Midlands

A Land Registry-compliant plan sets out a property's boundary to the scale and accuracy HM Land Registry requires, based on Ordnance Survey mapping, and is needed whenever land or a building is registered for the first time, part of a title is transferred, or a lender requires a plan to support a mortgage.

Boundaries are especially easy to misjudge on adjoining industrial units in built-up areas such as the Black Country, or on larger rural holdings along the Herefordshire and Shropshire border, which is where an inaccurate plan is most likely to cause a hold-up.

We prepare Land Registry-compliant plans for property owners, solicitors and lenders across Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Worcester, Shrewsbury and the wider West Midlands, whether the requirement is a first registration, a transfer of part, or evidence for a boundary matter.

Get in touch to discuss what a Land Registry-compliant plan for your West Midlands property would involve.
