A Land Registry-compliant plan sets out a property's boundary to the scale and accuracy HM Land Registry requires, based on Ordnance Survey mapping, and is needed whenever land or a building is registered for the first time, part of a title is transferred, or a lender requires a plan to support a mortgage. Waterside and former dockland sites around Liverpool, and larger rural estates across Cumbria, are two examples of properties where an out-of-date or approximate boundary plan is most likely to cause problems at registration.
We prepare Land Registry-compliant plans for property owners, solicitors and lenders across Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Preston, Carlisle and the wider North West, whether the requirement is a first registration, a transfer of part, or evidence for a boundary matter.
