A Land Registry compliant plan is a scaled plan prepared to HM Land Registry requirements, based on Ordnance Survey mapping and showing a property's boundary to the standard the Land Registry expects for registration, a transfer of part, or a mortgage application. An inaccurate or non-compliant plan is one of the most common reasons an application gets queried or rejected, so getting it right the first time avoids delay.
Across the East of England, we prepare Land Registry-compliant plans for commercial property owners, solicitors and lenders in Cambridge, Chelmsford, Norwich, Ipswich, Peterborough and the surrounding towns, whether the need is a first registration, a transfer of part, or supporting evidence for a boundary matter.
