EG-cellent ratings across the country (for our property agency team)

The charts, collated by industry data platform EG Radius, are based on transactional data and cover occupier sales and lettings, for which we are well known in commercial and industrial scopes.

Cambridgeshire

Transacting 253,580 sq. ft. across 56 deals has landed our Eddisons in the top spot for another time. Beating Cheffins and Bidwells into second and third position, our agents in the South East – notably Huntingdon's Matthew Hunt, as well as Peterborough's Gavin Hynes, and Julian Welch in first, second and third place on the individual dealmakers leaderboard – really showed their understanding of the market and expertise in what our local clients need in this ever-changing climate. 

Lincolnshire

Our Lincoln office, previously Banks Long and Co and acquired by Eddisons in 2023, exemplified its skill and knowledge and claimed pole position after closing 29 deals since April. Made possible by Jasper Nilsson, William Wall, Cameron Mcrae, and James Butcher, the four all made the top ten individual leaderboard too. With Banks Long and Co entering at number 1 and Eddisons at number 3 in the last quarter, our unified team is building on those foundations to be one of our most industrious offices in the county.

Northamptonshire

Travelling south, and our team in the East Midlands has smashed it once again. The teams that spans Kettering and Northampton have shifted 56099 sq. ft. of real estate for clients across the industries – industrial, retail, commercial and, more increasingly, logistics. A huge well done to Gilbert Harvey and Amanda Lawrence for putting the company on the map!

West Yorkshire

Our Bradford office once again has proven that hard work pays off, by coming first in both company and individual dealmaker leaderboards. Matt Jennings dominated the landscape by clocking up 129,393 sq. ft. from 11 deals, with John Padgett bringing up the rear with over 40,000 sq. ft from just one single deal!

South Yorkshire

We were also successful in South Yorkshire, with Sheffield's Adrian Little and James Vandenbrook along with Manchester's Will Thompson working together to score the top spot with 6 investment deals totalling 894,000 sq. ft.
