Gilbert Harvey

Gilbert is a Director based in our Kettering office. He is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 35 years’ experience, specialising in commercial property agency and development across Northamptonshire, South Leicestershire and the wider East Midlands. He advises on the sale, letting and acquisition of commercial property and land, and on investment, relocation and development consultancy.

Gilbert has advised clients on lettings, sales, acquisitions, investment opportunities and relocations in Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Rushden, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Lutterworth and Leicester. He combines hands-on agency experience with registered valuation and development advice, so clients get a joined-up view of a property’s value and potential. With our national coverage behind him, he also works with colleagues on rent reviews and building surveying matters.

Gilbert began his career in Northamptonshire in 1990 with a local firm of chartered surveyors and became a partner in a Northamptonshire practice in 1994. That practice later merged with another local firm and became part of Eddisons, now BTG Eddisons, where he has been a Director since 2022. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree and an HND in Estate Management. He is a Chartered Surveyor, an RICS Registered Valuer and a member of the RICS Valuation faculty.
