Adam Smylie

Adam is a Partner and Head of Professional Services based in our Luton office. He specialises in commercial and residential property valuations, with extensive experience across secured lending, portfolio, development, taxation, and acquisition purposes, as well as leasehold reform and commercial landlord and tenant matters.

He has built a strong track record advising clients across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and North London, with recent work including valuation strategies for major commercial and residential portfolios, development appraisals for large residential schemes, and acting for hundreds of leaseholders and freeholders on leasehold reform cases across the home counties. He works closely with the lease advisory division, bringing a broad technical perspective to complex property matters across both commercial and residential sectors.

Prior to leading the professional services department, Adam completed his training at Kirkby Diamond, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2016. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
