Office space in Cambridge continues to thrive!
The summer has seen the investment sale of the freehold of a self-contained office building on Dover Street in central Cambridge for a sum in excess of the guide price, confirms Eddisons.
Eddisons acted as sole agent under instruction in marketing 01 Dover Street - a prominent office property on the corner of East Road, opposite Anglia Ruskin University - for sale, or to lease, with vacant possession and immediate availability.
01 Dover Street is a 1,634 sq ft (155 sq m), newly decorated, three storey building, with parking.
Its freehold was marketed for sale by the agents for £640,000, but Eddisons confirms it was sold for £660,000 to a private investor who intends to let the property out for office use.
