Site services company sets sights on future growth in move to first commercial premise

That’s the view of Eddisons who was the sole agent under instruction of the landlord in the letting of Unit A, Edison Courtyard, 2,524 sq ft of industrial premises, on Brunel Road on the estate to Winlift Solutions Ltd.

The company was established two years ago by Shane Manssen and had been operating from the family home in Corby. Having outgrown its domestic setting, the search for premises began earlier this year.

The desire to look for a Corby location for Winlift Solutions Ltd’s first stand-alone business premises went beyond familial responsibilities.
