New framework win in Birmingham

Eddisons has won a place on Birmingham City Council’s Transportation and Development Professional Services Framework - Property Market Advice on a 4-year contract.

We are one of 3 suppliers that will deliver strategic property market advice to the Council.

Birmingham has an ambitious growth agenda ‘Big City Plan’ and on a call off basis we will be helping to drive forward their long term strategic development plans. We will be providing the following services:

• Site search & acquisitions advice
• Property input into masterplans
• Business case advice
• Strategic development advice
• Sales advice including setting up new property structures e.g JVs
• Red Book and Informal Valuation advice

Javid Patel (Head of Public Sector) will lead on the Strategic Management of the framework Contract and will co-ordinate, supervise and manage the contract’s overall performance.
