New base makes space for more contemporary showroom experience for interior specialist

The unit is a 11,770 sq ft, self-contained, detached trade counter-style unit with on-site parking on Linnell Way. It has undergone a full upgrade and refurbishment by the landlord prior to completion of the lettings deal.

Walls and Floors confirms that Linnell Way replaces its previous Kettering showroom on Wilson Terrace, and will be open to both retail and trade clients. In seeking new, larger showroom premises for the past 12 months, the company needed to stay in the Kettering area to maintain access to good road connections, proximity to its warehouse site on Garrard Way, and also for the convenience of its highly experienced staff who will relocate to Linnell Way.
