Luton agency team bolstered with senior hire

Viv Spearing joins our Luton office following more than 19 years with Brown & Lee Surveyors, where she held the position of associate, specialising in the industrial sector.

Over the course of her career, Viv has delivered successful sales and lettings within the commercial agency market, earning a strong reputation across North Hertfordshire and the wider A1/M1 corridor.

Among her notable transactions was the marketing and sale of the largest commercial redevelopment land opportunity in Stevenage - a 5.5-acre site that achieved a sale price in excess of £13m.

She brings extensive market knowledge of the North Hertfordshire industrial sector, alongside long-standing relationships with occupiers, investors and developers.

Viv said: “I am delighted to join as associate director within the commercial agency team. After an incredibly rewarding chapter in my previous role, the time felt right to take the next step in my career and embrace a new opportunity with such an experienced and highly respected team.

“Kirkby Diamond established a significant presence across the region, and as BTG Eddisons the firm now benefits from the strength of a much broader national platform and client network. The combination of deep regional expertise and enhanced national reach creates a compelling opportunity to deliver even greater value and insight to clients.

“I look forward to contributing my experience, strengthening long-term relationships and supporting the continued growth and success of the Luton office and the wider business.”

Matt Bowen, head of commercial agency, said: “Viv is a great addition to our team. She brings with her an exceptional depth of experience in the industrial agency market particularly, across North Hertfordshire and the A1/M1 corridor, where she is widely respected by clients and peers alike.

“Her track record in delivering high-profile transactions, including major redevelopment land sales, speaks for itself. Viv’s market knowledge, professionalism and long-standing client relationships will further strengthen our industrial and logistics offer and support our continued growth across the region.”
