BTG Eddisons’ Lincoln agency team has successfully completed the letting of a modern industrial unit at Witham Enterprise Park, further strengthening its presence in the regional industrial market.
Acting as sole agent, the team was instructed to market Unit 11, Witham Enterprise Park, located on Newark Road in Lincoln. The property, a high-specification industrial unit spanning approximately 1,316 sq. ft., attracted strong interest due to its strategic location and quality build.
The unit is part of a contemporary development situated just two miles south of Lincoln centre, offering excellent connectivity via the A46 and wider road network.
