Viv is an Associate Director based in our Luton office. With over 20 years' experience in the commercial property sector, she specialises in the industrial property sector, providing practical, commercially sound advice to landlords, occupiers, investors and developers.

Viv has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic advice that has resulted in numerous successful transactions across the market. She advises across disposals and leasing, lease advisory and asset management, combining in-depth market knowledge with a results-driven approach to identify opportunities and negotiate favourable terms. Her focus is on tailoring solutions to each client's individual needs, whether acting for landlords, occupiers or investors, to achieve the best possible commercial outcomes.

Prior to joining Eddisons, Viv gained experience across the commercial property sector, building long-term relationships founded on trust, integrity and a thorough understanding of her clients' objectives.
