Scalability and a good location scores high for Snuggle
The Peterborough agency of Eddisons has confirmed the letting of 19,800 sq ft of office and warehouse premises in the Orton Southgate commercial district of the city to trade garment printing specialist, Snuggle.
The move to premises at 12 Holkham Road sees the business-to-business printing firm join high profile occupiers such as Coloplast, Yours Clothing, BGL Group and the Royal Mail, among others, in trading from premises close adjacent to the A1(M) at its intersection with the A1139 Frank Perkins Parkway.
The Orton Southgate commercial district is a long-established employment area of Peterborough, five miles from the city centre and with access to the city’s Parkway road system and onward points of access to the region’s wider transport network of the A1(M), A14 and A47.
Acting for the landlord, Steve Hawkins, Eddisons’ Regional Managing Partner, led the firm’s agency in the deal to secure the tenancy of Snuggle on a new lease.
Commenting on the deal, he said, “Peterborough’s commercial offer continues to be a draw for companies looking for well-positioned premises - be they businesses coming to the city for the first time or indigenous companies, such as Snuggle, whose property requirements change as their business develops.”
