Ground floor letting now points to first floor focus for office instruction in Market Harborough
Conclusion of the letting of the ground floor office space at Market Harborough’s The Point Business Park now sees the agent, Eddisons, launching the first floor office to let at the park’s building 15.
Leicestershire company, Glenmere Timber Company Ltd has taken a 5-year lease on the 1,745 sq ft of ground floor office space at 15 The Point Business Park in relocating the firm’s office operation from its premises nearby on Rockingham Road.
Now Eddisons has begun to market a new lease on the 1,825 sq ft high quality office on the second floor of the building.
The first floor office accommodation is self-contained and open plan office layout. There are cloakrooms and a fitted kitchen area.
The office space is being offered to let with 12 parking spaces and Eddisons advises that the office furniture is available to let through separate negotiation.
The Point Business Park is on Rockingham Road, to the east of Market Harborough town centre, heading towards the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border. It is close to the town’s bypass, the A6, with onward access to Junction 3 of the A14.
