Freeholds available on latest phase of Yaxley industrial scheme

September sees our Peterborough office launch the latest industrial units for freehold sale at Enterprise Park in Yaxley.

Enterprise Park is adjacent to Eagle Business Park, the modern 30 plus acre trade counter, industrial unit & showroom development where occupiers include Howdens & Screwfix.

Now under construction, and with completion scheduled for Spring 2024, the 11 units just released for freehold sale are on Trent Way and Eden Way on the latest phase of Enterprise Park, a new industrial/warehouse development on Broadway.

Over 32 units are already completed on the Enterprise Park scheme.

The units launched to market this September are terraced and arranged in a courtyard formation with reserved car parking. They range in size from 1,225 sq ft to 2,080 sq ft (114 sq m to 193 sq m) and freehold sale prices start at £226,000.

Being built to new insulation standards, the units are of steel portal frame, have 6 metre eave heights, LED lighting and electric loading doors.

Eddisons are acting as joint agents with Savills on behalf of the developer, Broadway Developments Yaxley Ltd. Barnack Estates UK Ltd is the main contractor at Enterprise Park.

According to the agents, both companies have ‘solid track records in delivering quality commercial accommodation’.

Over the past 15 years, the contractor has built over 300 industrial, office and showroom units across Cambridgeshire.

Enterprise Business Park is three miles from Junction 16 of the A1(M), known locally as ‘Norman Cross’, and has onward access via Peterborough’s Parkway system to the historic city centre two miles north east of the development, approximately.
