9 new units in the industrial heartland of the East

After just over a year of construction and development, Eddisons is delighted to announce the completion of Welbeck Court at Woodston, Peterborough.

The development, undertaken by Tudor Progressions Ltd with the main building contractor being Barnack Estates UK Ltd, comprises 9 units totalling 23,000 sq.ft. The units are a minimum of 6 metres to the eaves and built to the latest energy efficiency standards.

There has been limited new development in the Woodston Industrial Area recently offering business expansion opportunities. We, however, have worked on a number of schemes across the region including Eagle Business Park in Yaxley and Vision Business Park in Biggleswade.

The first occupiers have now moved on site with further units sold and under offer and more companies due to take occupation shortly.

The industrial sector is a strong one in Peterborough, often due to its prime position in the country for logistics and warehousing needs. Director Gavin Hynes hopes Welbeck Court will thrive, “playing its part in the city’s commercial appeal to investors and occupiers alike.”

Welbeck Court is a gated and fenced courtyard scheme in the popular Woodston Industrial Area close to the ring road and city centre. The units range in size from 1,300 sq.ft. upwards and are all let by Eddisons.

The remaining units are a combination of opportunities for sale or to let with rents starting at £21,500 pax and freehold prices at £357,000.

For further information or to arrange a viewing, contact Gavin Hynes or Hattie Gullan-Whur on 01733 897722, or email them at [email protected] and [email protected].
