Leeds-headquartered property consultancy Eddisons has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework, which enables public sector organisations across the UK to access real estate advice.
The national framework supports Government departments, local authorities, NHS bodies, emergency services and education providers in procuring end-to-end property advice from suppliers that have met rigorous quality standards.
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
This appointment spans multiple service areas, including total estate management, agency and valuation, PFI and investment advisory, building project consultancy, sustainability and development consultancy.
Javid Patel, senior director and head of public sector at Eddisons, said: “We’re proud to have been named as a supplier on CCS’s Estate Management Services 2 framework, which plays an important role in supporting the Government’s growth and sustainability agenda.
“This appointment reflects the strength and depth of our public sector expertise and our commitment to helping organisations unlock value from their estates while delivering on net zero and housing growth ambitions.”
Eddisons’ services align with the Government’s Plan for Change, supporting objectives for infrastructure, housing, sustainability and digital transformation. The firm is advising on a range of areas, including estate rationalisation, housing and land development, data centre site acquisition, and the expiry of PFI contracts, as well as investment in new transport, energy and digital infrastructure.
Eddisons employs more than 500 people across 30 UK offices. The firm continues to grow its public sector client base through framework appointments and strategic partnerships nationwide.
Anthony Spencer, managing partner, added: “Our appointment to CCS’s framework is a significant milestone for the business and a recognition of the quality and capability of our teams. It positions us to continue supporting the public sector’s evolving needs and to contribute to the delivery of major infrastructure, housing and sustainability initiatives across the country.”
