Eddisons appointed as managing agent at Stuart House
Stuart House is a landmark office building providing best in class Grade A office space in the heart of Peterborough City Centre.
Extending to over 114,000 sq ft the property is fully let and provides flexible office and studio spaces to a range of different businesses, from large nationals to smaller start-up firms.
Andrew Smith and Jason Ghayour from Eddisons property management team have been instructed to manage the office building following the acquisition by Stuart House Property Investments Ltds.
Along with the high-specification workspaces, the building benefits from a number of onsite facilities including a fully equipped gym, cycle storage, shower facilities and The Hub; the buildings' popular café and communal space.
