Eddisons appointed as agent on new-build industrial scheme in Peterborough

Eddisons has been appointed as the sole agent for a new-build industrial scheme in Peterborough following planning consent in August.

Welbeck Court in the Woodston commercial district is the latest development in the city by Barnack Estates UK Ltd and will consist of 10 high specification light industrial/business units in sizes ranging from 1,300 to 6,580 sq ft.

Eddisons has acted on behalf of the developer on a number of schemes across the eastern region including the high profile Eagle Business Park in Yaxley and, currently, at Enterprise Park in Yaxley as well as Vision Business Park, near Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

Work on site at Welbeck Way is already underway, with the units estimated to be ready for occupation by Spring 2024.

Eddisons confirms that initial enquiries are already being handled by its Peterborough office, with interest already higher than expected.
