Deal done in ‘strong’ Lincs location

The Lincolnshire market town of Market Deeping has been described as a ‘strong’ location by Eddisons in confirming its agency’s recent letting of 2,330 sq ft of light industrial/warehouse premises on the town’s Northfields Industrial Estate.

The new tenant of 3 Chater Court on the estate operates in the creative & technical production events sector and has taken on this new set of premises in expanding its business operations from neighbouring units.

Julian Welch, who led Eddisons’ agency on 3 Chater Court on behalf of the landlord, believes Market Deeping is such a ‘strong’ commercial proposition for a market town in spanning the Peterborough and Stamford catchment & transport connectivity areas, reaching north to the agricultural heartlands of Lincolnshire.
