BTG Eddisons lands its latest instruction at final phase of Airfield Business Park

BTG Eddisons has just taken on its latest instruction to let an industrial unit in the final phase of Airfield Business Park in Market Harborough, Leicestershire where the county’s family-run Bramble Foods business successfully opened its new site in the summer in a brand new 67,000 sq ft facility leased through the agent.

Airfield Business Park has been developed alongside the Harborough Innovation Centre by Leicestershire County Council, and BTG Eddisons’ agents have a long association with the park that is continuing through its final phase.

The latest unit on which BTG Eddisons is the sole agent under instruction is E1, a unit of just over 14,000 sq ft. It’s the latest in a trio of industrial units to let available through BTG Eddisons in Airfield Business Park’s final phase. The other two are semi-detached companion properties - G1 and G2 at 16,525 sq ft and 14,223 sq ft respectively that are offered to let individually or as a combined unit of 30,748 sq ft.

Additionally, BTG Eddisons is the instructed agent on a 4,680 sq ft industrial unit that was part of the original phase of the park in the first half of the last decade.
