Brand new development for St Ives
The Huntingdon office of Eddisons, acting on behalf of the site developer, have just started to market a brand new business unit development at Compass Point in St Ives. To be known as Meridian Court, site works have now commenced which will involve the construction of four brand new business units which will be ready for occupation by Summer of 2022. The units comprise of two buildings of 2,809 sq ft with enhanced offices, and a further two smaller units of 1,657 sq ft, all with allocated parking.
Eddisons’ Director, Richard Adam, who is handling the marketing for the owners commented “We have been looking forward to starting the promotion of Meridian Court which is the first new scheme for some time in the St Ives area which offers a purchase option. This is the final development within the now well established Compass Point estate which is a mixture of business, industrial and office buildings. The developers are proposing a further phase of units for later next year and we have already received strong interest”.
