Jeremy Mussett

Jeremy leads the London Real Estate Valuation Team. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2003 and is a RICS Registered Valuer. During his career he has worked for several leading firms in London and has wide and varied experience of valuation across all main property sectors in London and the south-east.

Jeremy joined Eddisons in 2018 and has overseen the expansion and signifcant increase in turnover of the London Real Estate Valuation Team. Clients include the major UK banks, challenger banks and various property development funders, mezzanine and bridging lenders.

Typical projects include secured lending valuations for large scale residential development and investment, offices, retail and industrial. Jeremy has also provided advice to charities and private clients, including valuations for acquisitions and disposals, internal company transfers and inheritance tax. Jeremy has acted as an Expert Witness on several occasions.
