About Cristian
Cristian is a Surveyor based in our Milton Keynes office, working within the commercial agency team. He joined BTG Eddisons in September 2023 and is currently working towards his APC .
Cristian supports a range of commercial property transactions on behalf of a diverse client base, gaining hands-on experience across acquisitions, disposals, and lettings across the Milton Keynes commercial property market and the wider region.
Prior to joining the Milton Keynes agency team in July 2026, Cristian worked within the Leeds Valuations team, where he developed a grounding in loan security valuations, development appraisals, and portfolio work across Yorkshire. He graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and Property Management and is working towards membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
