About Cristian
Cristian Cocozza joined in September 2023 as a graduate surveyor in our Leeds Valuations team, having graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate and Property Management. Cristian is now working towards his APC to become a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
Cristian provides a range of services and advice to commercial clients regionally. His primary focus has been the Yorkshire residential and commercial markets. Specialising in asset valuations, Cristian's role centres on loan security valuations, valuations for internal management accounts and pension fund purposes, as well as advice for acquisition purposes and general asset valuations.
Most notably, he has assisted the team in providing valuation advice for various large property portfolios across Yorkshire, including a mixed-use portfolio of more than 30 properties.
In July 2026, Cristian moved to the Milton Keynes office as part of his APC rotation, where he now works with the Agency team.
