Valuers by trade, the Bristol-headquartered team was acquired by Eddisons in 2023 to strengthen coverage across the South West of England and South Wales. Established in 1995, Andrew Forbes Surveyors operates from six regional offices under the leadership of managing director David Chichester.
The team provides valuation services for a wide range of purposes, including loan security, taxation, company accounts, Charities Act reports, matrimonial work, and pension fund valuations (SIPPs). They also undertake property investment valuations, development appraisals, and trading business assessments, with particular expertise in the care home, medical, and education sectors, as well as portfolio valuations.
In addition to valuations, the RICS-qualified building consultancy team delivers building surveys and inspections, dilapidations advice, landlord and tenant matters, licences for alterations, project monitoring for lenders, and Party Wall Surveyor services. They also provide planning advice and support with design, specification, and contract administration.
