Magnificent seven adds to deals tally total at Enterprise Park, Yaxley

The completion of seven deals in one week sees a tally of 16 units sold at Witham Court - a scheme on the final phase of the highly successful Enterprise Business Park in Yaxley, south of Peterborough, on which BTG Eddisons and Savills act as joint agents for developer Barnack Estates.

Anchored by the pre-let of a 1,600 sq ft unit to national bakery chain Greggs - which opened its Witham Court outlet in the first week of this month (February) - a total of 16 units have been transacted, leaving only five units remaining for sale.

The week in which the latest tranche of seven deals concluded coincided with the practical completion of the units with the first occupiers, including building merchant Timber Services, who occupy an 8,000 sq ft unit, beginning to move their operations in.

In advising about the five units available, the agents confirm that discussions are ongoing with prospective buyers.
